Well, unsurprisingly, Mexico has something amazing for you. There’s a Mexican food stand in Piedras Negras called Pikositos that is doing some pretty incredible things to nachos.
For example, if you find it difficult to choose between nachos, Mexican street corn, and corn on the cob, they’ve created this:
They’re known mostly for their chorreados. Chorreados = corn salad on top of corn on the cob, ON TOP OF nachos. If this wasn’t delicious enough, every layer is covered in cheese. YUM. Take a look:
